DESIGN

From the beginning of the process, our designers specify the product to the needs of each customer and their equipment.

WOOD CUTTING

The wood used to prepare the cutter is chosen for this type of work, both in its nature and quality.
A laser cutting machine receives information via computer and the work is carried out with the highest precision.

BLADES CUTTING AND FOLDING

CORTARTE has various equipments to cut and fold blades, the choice of which depends on the work required. Each machine receives information from the IT system and carries out its respective operation with maximum precision.

MACHINE SET UP

The assembly of the blades in the sockets made by laser on the wooden board is carried out by a specialized operator who proceeds with the configurations provided to obtain an exemplary cutting edge.

FINAL PRODUCT

After assembling the blades in the wood grooves and a final quality inspection, the cutter is finished.
Once finished, the cutter is placed in storage for dispatch.
